Where PIPK fits

Useful when a design needs decisions, not just a quotation.

A reference image rarely tells the whole production story. We help turn it into a workable sample by resolving fabric, construction, finish and cost before bulk production.

Our Guangzhou team works close to fabric and trim markets, with access to custom fabric development and specialist processes including embroidery, hotfix rhinestones, beading, handwork and heat transfer.

A practical workflow

From your idea to an approved production sample.

  1. 01

    Review the brief

Reference images, target market, quantity, size range, quality level and timing.

  2. 02

    Confirm the route

Fabric options, construction risks, indicative cost and MOQ are confirmed per style.

  3. 03

    Develop & fit

Pattern and sample development, followed by fit notes and revision where needed.

  4. 04

    Approve & produce

The approved sample and specifications become the reference for bulk production.

* Standard sampling is typically 7–14 days after materials and details are confirmed. Complex styles, custom materials and revisions require a project-specific schedule.

Before bulk production

Four points that make a production order verifiable.

A quotation alone does not define the garment. The approved version, material references, order minimums and production checkpoints need to be clear before cutting begins.

PIPK connects these decisions to the actual style and records any proposed change for review instead of treating a sample photo as the complete production specification.

01

One approved version

Identify the approved sample, current tech pack, measurements and bill of materials so an older revision is not used for bulk.

02

Identifiable materials

Connect fabric, colour, lining and trim references to the approved garment. Review substitutions before they enter production.

03

A workable MOQ

As of 26 September 2026, PIPK's standard MOQ is 120 pieces per style, with mixed sizes. Colour, fabric and trim minimums are confirmed separately.

04

Agreed checkpoints

Set the material, cutting, inline workmanship, measurement, finishing and packing points that matter for the style.

Before we quote

A useful first message is short and specific.

Start with three details. We can confirm fabric, sizing and timing after reviewing the style.

  • Reference image or tech pack
  • Approximate quantity
  • Sales market

Start with one style

Send your design for review.

Start with a reference or Tech Pack, approximate quantity and sales market. We will review the style first, then ask only the questions needed for the next step.

The next screen lets you attach your reference image or Tech Pack. No form data is stored on this website.
